The Starter level is comprised of 2 terms, 48 hours each. After completing this course, learners will have a basic ability to communicate and exchange information in a simple way. Example: CAN ask simple questions about a menu and understand simple answers.

The Elementary level is comprised of 3 terms, 48 hours each. After completing this course, learners will have the ability to deal with simple, straightforward information and begin to express one's self in familiar contexts. Example: CAN take part in a routine conversation on simple predictable topics.

The Pre-intermediate level is comprised of 3 terms, 48 hours each. After completing this course, learners will have the ability to express themselves in a limited way in familiar situations and to deal in a general way with non-routine information. Example: CAN ask to open an account at a bank, provided that the procedure is straightforward.

The Intermediate level is comprised of 3 terms, 48 hours each. After completing this course, learners will have the potential to achieve most goals and express one's self on a range of topics. Example: CAN show visitors around and give a detailed description of a place.
